In celebration of Sukabumi Robotic’s first anniversary, Sukarobot held the SRC (Sukabumi Robotic
Competition) on Sunday (21/8/2022) at the Nusa Putra University Auditorium, this activity is one of the national level robotics competitions held in Sukabumi and in collaboration with NPU to foster Indonesian children’s love of technology.
Sukabumi Robotics or usually abbreviated as Sukarobot is a non-formal educational institution under the Indonesian Technology Ambassador Business Entity which is under the auspices of the Ikhlasul Amal Sukabumi Foundation which focuses on providing informal education in the field of robotics that can
awaken children’s creativity, imagination and innovation.
The very rapid development of Science and Technology has encouraged Sukarobot to hold Robotic competitions from Kindergarten/RA to SMA/SMK/MA and General levels. The Sukabumi Robotic Competition consists of 6 competition branches consisting of Lego Fast Building, Lego Wedo, Robot Soccer, Line Follower, Creative Junior and Creative Senior competitions.
This activity was attended by Jujun Juaeni, S.Sos M.M as the Regent’s Expert Staff for Community Affairs, Eris Sudarjat S.Sos M.M as Head of Early Childhood and Community Education, Aryo De Wibowo M S, S.T., M.T as Head of the Electrical Engineering Study Program and supervisor of robotics genus, and attended by hundreds of participants from various regions in Indonesia.
