This course emphasizes more on how students can organize their research projects. the ability of students to manage research projects is seen from the scope/layout of research projects and the facilities that need to be prepared to support the implementation and arrangement of the scope of research in the field (site plan research project; make a schedule and sequence of work in research (Research Breakdown Structure) and the resources needed prepared from each work in research Determining the method of conducting research and preparing instruments/equipment used in accordance with the scope of research by making Research Schedule, Research Materials, HR, and Budget/cash flow Managing research project controls referring to Cost, Quality and Time that must be right / fulfilled.
