Description:

This course is intended so that students are skilled and understand the basic theories as well as the workings and components of industrial automation systems, about the basics of relays and what is the difference between them and PLC systems, then discuss about PLC wiring, input and output, ladder programming, its applications, hmi , scada, analog and digital inputs and errors in an electrical measurement, understand how to make a system with a cx programmer with ladder logic. Modern industry is an industry that is advanced in technology and human resources. Where this condition requires the manufacturing industry and the service industry to be able to innovate in the use of technology, from the past all processes were still done manually, now it has shifted to an automated system. Engineers as human resources are not only needed to be able to operate, but are also able to design automated systems in the company. The Industrial Automation course provides an understanding of the role of automation in supporting business processes in manufacturing and services.
