This course is intended so that students are skilled and understand units and standards, measuring instruments • relative errors, errors that may occur in measurements, error limits of measuring  instruments, causes of errors from measuring instruments, calculation of the maximum systematic  error • permanent magnet coil measuring instruments, tools rotary iron measuring instrument, electrodynamic measuring instrument, electrostatic measuring instrument, induction measuring instrument, measuring instrument based on heat effect, rectifier for measuring instrument • ammeter, voltmeter, ohmmeter • principle of using potentiometer for electrical measurement, things to consider in using potentiometer to electrical measurement • types of resistance by function, how to  measure resistance, reading resistance values • inductor measurement, capacitor measurement • types of power, single phase power measurement, three phase power measurement • oscilloscope working concept, use of oscilloscope • types of measuring transformers, use and measuring transformer circuit • digital measuring instrument, signal analyzer,power quality meter etc.
